Invitation tool

Invite your participants by e-mail or SMS for free.

How does it work:

Fill out your name and the subject of the conference call;
Choose a date and time for the conference call;
Make up a pin code (minimum of 4 digits) which gives access to the conference call;
Fill out the name, e-mail address and the mobile phone number of each participant;
Fill out the characters and click on ‘send the invitation(s)’.

Participants can accept or decline the conference call by clicking on the link of the email or by texting 'Y1' or 'N1' to number 4411. As organizer of the meeting you will receive these messages by email.
