No subscription or reservation is required to set up the conference call. EasyConference is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Without any help of an operator you can start the conference call right away.

Cheap teleconferencing without subscription,
No unexpected charges or extra expenses

There are no setup or subscription fees to start a conference call with EasyConference. Every attendee pays the low tariff € 0,15 per minute (€ 0,126 per minute without VAT) for the service. The charges for the conference call are billed by your mobile or fixed operator. You will find these charges on your bill under premium rate services. People who attend from abroad pay a fee that depends on the country they are dialing in from. There are no hidden charges and no reservation fees.

How to set up of your conference call

• You agree on a conference access code with the other attendees prior to the meeting. You will determine this code yourself (including its length). We advise to use at least a four digit code and not to use codes that are too simple.
• Each attendee calls 0900-1970 or one of the international access numbers at the agreed time. Press '1' and enter the conference access code to start or join the teleconference meeting.

Conference call from outside of The Netherlands

Attendees who wish to join you in a conference call from abroad may dial one of the international access numbers, or +31 50 210 1970. Please note that there must be at least one attendee calling in from the Netherlands (0900-1970).
